Measurement System Based on Infrared Technology
Based on the photoelectric conversion characteristic of the infrared sensor, the detection signal is collected and processed by the AT89C51,which is consisted the core of the system. 89C51 controls the CAN bus controller SJA1000 and the transceiver PCA82C250 to form the CAN buscommunication system for transmitting data. Through the serial port MAX232 main controller can connect with each control node, monitor each controller in real time and renew the control scheme. This paper introduces the system work principle and part methods of hardware design in detail.
At present, the survey about the parts of large or medium enterprises show that many manufacturing industries are lack of necessary safety protection equipment, even some high danger equipments are as well as, such as punching, forging, shearing and so on.The safety produces is only stayed in the education,and investments of safety protection equipment are overlooked. Otherwise, some safety protection equipments have no self safety monitor and control system, safety and protection equipment do not work in safe and exist a hidden peril, so that mistake operating or slacking in mind which can initiate man-machine accidents or accidentally rushing into danger area.The system completes the design of safety measurement through the CAN bus; it realizes the supervision and management of the danger area,prevents the accidents and protects the safety of peoples’ life.
