Overseas marketing system makes up of 14 modules, including the Proforma Invoice Management, Production Management, Product Management, Inventory Management, Shipment Notices Management, Customer Management and so on. Proforma Invoice Management is one of the important modules. This paper elaborated Proforma Invoice Management module contains sub-modules, including the form of invoices inquiries, reproduction, the new maintenance, Permission work flow management, active, amendments, cancellations, closures, print and related documents bulk updating the functional description and operational rules, and the achievement.
