Abstract
This is a bridge on Tonghuo road which crosses railway. And the road direction has an angle of 70°with the railway, so this bridge is designed to be a skew bridge.
Firstly, the simply supported Bridge of prestressed concrete is determined. Then detailed dimension is decided and check the dimension whether is appropriate.
Secondly, calculate the action effect of dead loads and live loads. Here the load transverse distribution factors of all the beams are needed to calculate and the control cross section internal forces of main span’s side beam is needed to calculate. The other beams and cross section internal forces can be by meams of Bridge Doctor.
Thirdly, according to the internal forces which caculated before, I can arrange the steel tendons and calculate the prestressing losses of tendons. Then check the bearing capability of endurance status, check the anti-crack of endurance status,check the stress of endurance status, check the stress of brevity status, check local bearing capability, check deformation of the beam. After the checking by hand, model the bridge in Bridge Doctor and compare the results with the results by hand.
Fourthly, calculate the substructure, include the choice of bearing, the intenal force of the capping beam pier and pile.
