Abstract：With the improvement of living standards, the quality of people's life has become increasingly high. And compared with the past, people's request on the articles which is related to the life is also higher. Now when people go shopping, they always choose the goods which are not only based on their personal preference, but also very healthy and fashionable. By defining and analyzing the human-oriented design, the importance of the human-oriented and the design and the inevitability of design's development can be seen. As the work environment of intelligent production has shifted from the workshop to offices, the demand for offices is growing and the office has gradually become an indispensable part of the modern life. Therefore, the design of the office should be human-oriented. According to the definition of human-oriented, we can know that the human-oriented design is shown mainly through ergonomics and design psychology. Therefore, in order to make the design of the office more human-oriented, we can use ergonomics and design psychology to determine its size, appearance, materials and colors.
