Inspire by Zhu Yuanzhang's Legal Thought and the Present Age
Abstract:Zhu Yuanzhang in consolidates its dynasty rule in the legislative work, Zhu Yuanzhang take the high rationality, “reflects ancient as governs”, from various establish rules, arranges the policy again, makes beginning of Ming dynasty's economy to resume the development, the social order in stably, the feudalism to rule consolidated. In the legal aspect, according to the current political situation change and the consolidated political power's need, has formulated compared to before the generation of stricter legal regime, speaking of its legal thought that may say that is the unique ancient and modern.
