摘要
随着电厂湿法脱硫的广泛应用,电厂设备的腐蚀问题日益突显。烟囱的腐蚀问题可以通过改善烟囱的建筑材料,提高内衬防腐材料的防腐效果来解决。同样可以通过分析流场、温度场、压力场的具体运行状况来分析烟囱的运行,从而针对不同电厂提出不同的烟囱设计方案来提高防腐效果。本文通过应用Fluent软件做出电厂烟囱的流场、温度场、压力场、湿度场的数值模拟。数值模拟—以电子计算机为手段,通过数值计算和图像显示的方法,达到对工程问题和物理问题乃至自然界各类问题- I -研究的目的。本文对电厂的烟囱运行过程进行三维数值模拟,得出流场、温度场、压力场以及湿度场的分布。

The Numerical simulation of Fluid field, Temperature field, Pressure field and Humidity field of Chimney
Abstract
With the wide application of Wet FGD in power plant, the corrosion of power plant equipment is becoming increasingly highlighted. The Problem of Chimney’s corrosion can be improved by improving building-material which is used to enhance effect of anti-corrosion materials. Operation of the chimney can be analyzed through analyzing the specific humidity field operating conditions of fluid field, temperature field, pressure field , Humidity field and then we can design specific means for different power plant. In the paper, I make the numerical simulation of fluid field, temperature field, pressure field by Fluent software. Numerical simulation, as a calculation method, solves the issues of engineering,physical and nature study by numerical calculation and image display. In this paper, the chimneys of power plants to run three-dimensional numerical simulation of the process, come to the flow field, temperature field, pressure field and Humidity field distribution.
