Title: 135MW boiler operation and improvement of small oil gun
ABSTRACT
When power units is in starup condition or in the period of combustion-aid of underload, the phenomenon of sudden flameout often occurs in small vaporized oil guns, which influences the safe and stable operation of power units.
This paper introduces the reasons of the flameout of small vaporied oil guns in detail, at the same time, it analyses the reasons and gives processing methods.
A series of measure and modification are raised and then carried out , which obviously improve the security and reliability of ignition of small vaporied oil guns and ensure steady operation of power units ,which is in starup condition or in the period of combustion-aid of underload.
