This paper is given on the bases of the analysis of national resources situation and the demand of resources saving. The distribution of energy theory, system, energy-saving technology are discussed. For the problems of energy-saving of heating systems, Hongyang Power Plant is taken for an example, in which the pump has been rebuilt for energy-saving in the heating system. This paper can be divided into three parts: Distributed energy and energy-saving principle. Heating system pump in the distributed energy-saving, engineering design in the heating system. This paper first reviewed the current energy policy, energy-saving situation, the development of distributed energy, fractional energy systems technology. Then it introduces the heating system of pumps and energy-saving technology. On this basis, we advanced the transformation to pump energy-saving program.
Distributed energy and energy-saving principles are based on the energy situation, -some effective use of energy is proposed for exposition of distributed energy-systems technology.
