Abstract
This design is the preliminary design which carries onaccording to the Henan god fire group Xinzhuang coal mine actualsituation. This design well field area is 16.5 square kilometers, theannual output 900,000 tons. In the well field the coal bed tax savesquite stably, the coal bed inclination angle 5 - 10°, average coalthick 2.87m, the overall geological condition quite is simple, andcentral has the fault growth east the well field scope. The methaneand the dioxide carbon content relative are not high, wells up thewater volume not to be big.
The design uses a vertical shaft level to add the inside slopetwo, three levels mining development way, uses the strip belt typestandby mode, inclines the long wall mining coal method, the synthesismechanization returns picks the craft, mainly to the mine pitdevelopment way, the standby mode, the mining coal method has carriedon the preliminary design, to the mine pit transportation, ventilated,production system and so on the draining water has carried on theequipment shaping computation, has carried on the description to themine pit each production system production process, and has carried onthe related explanation to between the mine pit each production systemand each production link mutual relation and the restrictionrelations. In the design process, uses the advanced technology and theequipment as far as possible, enhances the mine pit the mechanizedequipment level and the production efficiency.
