 摘 要:高沸硅油是含有活性甲氧基、乙氧基基团的甲基硅油,容易固化成膜。常用于干粉灭火剂的处理,织物整理,以及作脱模剂、消泡剂的基础原料等,应用非常广泛。本文主要完成以高沸物和甲醇为原料,在结合目前国内利用高沸物制备高沸硅油的相关生产与研究资料的基础上,采用溶剂法生产每年产量为1000吨高沸硅油生产工艺流程的设计、主要设备选型以及绘制工艺流程图。其中针对工艺中的醇解系统、尾气吸收系统、废料中和处理及成品处理四大主要方面分别进行设计并绘图。

Abstract: High boiling silicone containing activity is the base of group oxygen, easy solidified into methyl silicone membrane. Used in the treatment, fabric container.during application, and make mold release, defoaming agent base material, which is widely applied. This paper complete with high boiling and methanol as raw materials, combining the present domestic use in high boiling high boiling preparation research and production of silicone related on the basis of the data, using solvent method for 1000 tons annually production yield high boiling silicone production process design, the main equipment selection and rendering process flow diagram. In the process of alcohol solution system, exhaust systems, waste treatment and absorption and finished with four major aspects of design and drawing respectively.
