Nano-silica modified UV-curable glazing oil coating research
ABSTRACT
This paper, according to uv-curable glazing oil coating application process in existence in the wear resistance of poor and not resistant to scratch, uv-curing technology and by combining nanometer materials preparation methods, in order to improve the uv-curable glazing oil coating for the main purpose, the wear resistance of using sol-gel process), through nanometer SiO2 gel silane coupling agent and SiO2 surface hydroxyl reaction on the in-situ modification, again will be modified nano SiO2 gel to join uv-curable glazing oil system, uv-curable nano prepared polish oil. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and coating film performance tests on the nano glazing the structure and properties of oil were studied. The results show that the modified nano SiO2 in glazing oil film spread among good; In introducing a modified nano SiO2, film abrasion resistance increases by about 50%, glossiness also have improved.
