The distribution activities as characteristic of modern logistics are increasingly activing in all aspects of socio-economic, more and more distribution centers in the supply, production, circulation, consumption and other fields are playing an increasingly important role. But as a new area, people are still very fuzzy understanding of the logistics, lacking of systematic understanding of the logistics,not thorough enough to master for a number of logistics expertise, and therefore the research on the operation and management system of Liaoning northern publications distribution center that has a certain role of logistics distribution development.
