Abstract
According to the competitive market of China become more and more sharp, many companies realized that it is necessary to enhance the quality of management, create a standard of advanced quality and increase the core competitiveness of firms for surviving in the competition and development. As a result, many firms actively to implement the standard of ISO9000 and pass the quality system attestation, improving the management system of firms through the implementation of the document of quality management system, however, the level of quality management of firms did not last the improvement. Therefore, how to improve the business effectiveness of quality system certification which could strengthen the internal quality management really does improve the quality of products is a problem worthy of attention
