海南国际化旅游人才培养模式
摘要：本文通过对目前海南旅游业发展中存在的问题的分析，进一步提出了海南建设国际旅游岛的具体对策和方向性的思考。而“国际旅游岛”这一重大目标的实现离不开各种旅游专业人才的支持，因此，了解国际旅游岛建设需要什么方面的人才、如何培养所需人才就成为了海南省旅游人才培养的重要任务。本文的主要内容就是针对海南国际旅游岛的建设，提出了“海南岛国际化旅游人才培养模式”，详细阐述了国际旅游岛建设所需人才该如何培养这一问题。
