海尔企业文化的结构和企业建设研究

摘     要

 21世纪，随着知识经济和经济全球化的发展，企业之间的竞争越来越表现为文化的竞争。企业文化对企业的生存和发展的作用越来越大，成为企业竞争力的基石和决定企业兴衰的关键因素。在这种情况下，海尔企业文化的巨大作用就表现的尤为突出。文章首先从海尔企业的概况，文化表现形式等方面说起，来初步了解海尔企业文化。接着文章对海尔文化结构做了进一步地分析，结构包括物质层、制度层和精神层三个方面的内容，并对其内容和结构做了详细地分析。其次文章通过对海尔企业文化的学习和研究及结构分析，指出了海尔文化结构层次中的利与弊，强调取其精华、去其糟粕，真正地让海尔集团做到合理地利用并给其他企业以合理地借鉴。接着，文章指出了海尔企业文化建设的方法和步骤，即我们可以从海尔身上真正学到的是什么——如何建设一个企业的文化，怎样才能建设出一个良好的企业文化。这一点对于我国企业来说是非常重要的。最后为点睛之笔，指出了海尔文化对企业文化建设的启示，也是我们学习海尔企业文化最主要的目的所在。

Haier corporate culture structural analysis and building of enterprise culture research
 Abstract: 21 centuries, with the knowledge economy and the development of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is increasingly reflected in the culture of competition. Enterprise culture to the survival and development of enterprises increasing role as the cornerstone of enterprise competitiveness and the prosperity of enterprises crucial decisions. Under such circumstances, Haier enterprise culture on the great role of the performance is outstanding. Haier enterprise profiles from the first article, forms of cultural expression in about to preliminary understanding Haier corporate culture. Then Haier cultural structure of the article made further analysis, including the structure of the material layer, the three-tier system layer and the spirit of the content, and its content and structure to do a detailed analysis. Secondly articles Haier enterprise culture through learning and research and structural analysis indicated Haier cultural structures of the respective levels, emphasizing select the essence and discard the dross therefrom, and truly let Haier Group and to ensure rational use of other enterprises to rationally used. Then, the article says the Haier corporate culture building measures and steps that we can really learn from him what Haier -- how to build an enterprise culture, how will we be able to build a good corporate culture. This is very important for China's enterprises. Finally for the crowning touch that the Haier cultural inspiration for the building of enterprise culture, we learn Haier is the most important objective of the enterprise culture.
