赛力事达玉米深加工现状与发展对策研究

摘    要

 玉米是综合利用率最高的作物，产出丰富，可利用价值高，可再生资源优势大，玉米深加工业被誉为“黄金”产业。华润赛力事达玉米工业有限公司地处农业大省吉林省，是农业产业化龙头企业，总投资19亿元人民币，注册资本3.75亿元人民币，公司是中方股东华润集团公司，外方股东为法国赛力事达公司。公司一经投产就被定位为“我国农业产业化领域投资规模最大、工艺水平最先进、生产规模最大的中外合资企业”。玉米深加工行业是农业产业化经营是的重要组成部分，是农业结构战略性调整，解决“三农”问题的重大措施，正在受到越来越广泛地关注与支持。吉林省为实现粮食的就地转化，促进农业经济发展、提高农民收入，对赛力事达等大型玉米深加工企业给予大力扶持。 玉米深加工行业在我国开展的历史虽然不长，但是发展很快，市场主体不断增加，生产规模增长很快。作为行业内有影响大型企业，同时，作为一家合资公司，赛力事达公司的经营与发展在玉米深加工行业颇具代表性。由于公司是中外合资企业，它的管理和运做与内资企业不可避免地存在差异，这种差异可能有利于公司发展，但同时也可能因水土不服成为影响公司发展的消极因素。与其他玉米深加工企业一样，由于企业内部的原因、市场的原因等诸多因素，赛力事达公司在发展过程中也有过起起落落。作者对首先对国内外市场发展情况进行了认真研究，同时对赛力事达公司进行了实地考察和有关调研，在分析国内外玉米深加工产业发展现状与趋势的背景下，结合赛力事达公司企业经营与发展实际，分析研究了公司概况和存在的问题，提出了对策措施，进而折射出玉米深加工产业拥有广阔的发展前景。

A Present Status and Development Countermeasures Study of Cerestar Maize Processing

Abstract:Maize is a crop with the highest utilization rate with rich processed product. Therefore, maize further processing industry is called “golden industry”. Cerestar and China Resources Maize Industry Co., Ltd is located in Jilin Province, which is a famous maize production area. It is a leading agricultural commercialization enterprise, and is praised as the joint-venture company with the “biggest investment, most advanced processing technology, and the largest production capacity” through China. Maize processing industry is an important part of agricultural commercialized operation. It’s the important measure to adapt agricultural structure and solve the problem of agriculture, rural area and farmers, and it gets more and more attention and support of the society. To realize the value transformation of grain and promote rural economy and farmers’ income, Jilin Provincial government gives great support to large maize processing enterprises like Cerestar and China Resources Maize Industry Co., Ltd. Maize further processing industry is a newly-developed one in China with short history, however, it grows very fast. More and more companies join the market so that the production capacity grows rapidly. As an influential large-scaled enterprise in the line and joint-venture company as well, Cerestar and China Resources Maize Industry Co., Ltd more or less represents the development road of the industry. Due to the impact of market and enterprise interior elements, like other maize processing enterprises, Cerestar and China Resources Maize Industry Co., Ltd also meet difficulties during operation. By market investigation and reference analysis, this thesis discussed the development status and future trend of domestic and foreign maize processing industry and market, studies the problems and countermeasures of Cerestar and China Resources Maize Industry Co., Ltd during its operation, and finally comes into the conclusion that maize processing industry will have bright future.
