摘    要
 全球经济一体化进程日益加速，市场竞争日益加剧，中国的企业，特别是中小型企业的发展。受到了更加严重的挑战。在跨国公司大举进入，市场竞争日趋激烈的今人。中国企业，特别是中小型企业如何应对机遇与挑战、趋利避去.战胜竞争对手。这是每一个中国企业，特别是中小型民营企业的领导人都无法回避，也回避不了的问题。在我国实施改革开放的近三十年时间里，各类中小型企业迅速成长起来。然而因中小型企业产生的时间短，规模小，资金缺乏，管理经验不足，限制了其向前发展的步伐。中国经济逐步从传统的计划经济模式走向市场经济，企业的整体经营管理水平在不断提高，中小民营企业要想在全球经济一体化的形势下，在市场经济的剧烈的竞争中求得生存和发展，就必须重视管理、加强管理、提高管理水平，强化企业的核心竞争力和比较优势。
