The analysis of the factors influencing implementations of Chinese enterprises and the research to improve the methods
Abstract:With entering the 21st century, Chinese enterprises are facing severe market competitions and corporate executives are facing more and more problems. Therefore, the ineffective implementation is one of the main factors to influence the development of enterprises. The managers of our country have gradually recognized that the effective implementation plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Moreover, they are constantly finding the effective ways to improve the implementations. In connection with the problems of implementation that enterprises are most concerned, this paper will analyze the problems of causing the ineffective implementation from every aspect of management and propose “3 +1 Implementation System” to solve the problems of impacting enterprise implementations so as to enhance the implementations of Chinese enterprises . This paper has four parts. The first part will introduce the concept of implementation and analyze the important role of implementations in the development of Chinese enterprises so as to provide the theoretical basis for the problem of implementation. The second part tries to find the roots of causing the ineffective implementation as the lead of the research through investigating and researching the situations of implementation of Chinese enterprises. The third part will analyze the reasons of the ineffective implementation of Chinese enterprises from four aspects such as strategic management, operational processes, human resources, corporate culture. Then the specific research of affecting the implementation will be provided from the roots. The forth part will put forward to the methods to improve the affecting the implementation of enterprises coupled with the four core elements of management according to the problems of implementation of Chinese enterprises that are mentioned in the third part.
