Abstract
The thesis takes the problem of Adlink Corporation’s performance evaluation system as the starting point, comprehensively analyzes the status and existing problems of performance evaluation, and puts forward that Adlink Corporation needs to re-design the existing performance evaluation system. The thesis firstly analyzes the shortcomings of the existing performance evaluation system from the process and methods of performance evaluation. Then find out the reasons for these problems, combined with the related theory and evaluation process, along with the problems in the practical application of performance evaluation to. Then design KPI performance appraisal system and 360-degree performance evaluation system. Finally, according to the existing problems, give some advice to Adlink Corporation.
