Abstract
With the new economy era, human resources has become the most valuable resource, the new economic era of innovative talent, personality, and the complex nature of the cooperation, to corporate human resource management also poses new challenges . HR management of the New Economy has the following characteristics: talent income capitalization, strategic HR management-emergence, HR management to expand the content, HR management into the core of knowledge management and staff of HR management mechanism innovation and the trend of internationalization. As a result, Chinese enterprises should have HR management policy innovation: the implementation of flexible management, enterprise and talent to grow at the same time, people-oriented enterprise management concepts, and in the recruitment of talent, good to refuse entry of "cronyism" and "a clique" . This was followed in the employment mechanism, according to both ability and political integrity and political personnel, the ability and performance of the people to the importance of the right post. Third, establish a performance-based evaluation capacity of human resources incentives. Finally, the highest decision-making level enterprises should strengthen self-cultivation, to improve their charisma to attract and retain people to ensure that the core competitiveness of enterprises.
