摘要 加入了WTO，中国的中小企业应该主动调整自己的产业结构，产品和服务的结构，退出没有竞争优势或无望获得竞争优势的产业、产品和服务的生产，进入并加强有竞争优势或有望获得竞争优势的产业、产品和服务的生产。寻找市场的空间也是一条光明之路，我国的中小企业能否抓住加入WTO所提供的机遇，经受住挑战，还取决于能否对自身作必要的改革。首先是产权制度改革。其次是企业内部管理制度的改革，我国的中小企业五花八门，在管理制度上也各有各的问题。为适应加入WTO后与国外企业的交往，中小企业应吸收国外企业的经验改革自己，按市场经济的共同规则运作，去除各种违规经营的行为，如违背合同、侵犯他人的知识产权等，这些行为最后将会受到惩罚。中小企业还必须提高企业自身的素质。中小企业也必须培养管理创新能力。

After in order to adapt joins WTO with the overseas enterprise's contact, the small and medium-sized enterprise should absorb the overseas enterprise the experience to reform oneself, operates according to the market economy common rule, removes each kind of contrary management the behavior, like violates the contract, encroaches upon other people's intellectual property rights and so on, these behaviors finally will be able to receive the penalty. The small and medium-sized enterprise also must improve enterprise own quality. The small and medium-sized enterprise also must raise the management innovation ability.
