360 DEGREE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM IN HANG ZHOU NETCOME’S APPLICATION
ABSTRACT
The world today is in the era of the knowledge economy, and the development of the enterprise and the requirements of management are upgrading. One, the appraisal has been not only to assess staffs’ performance which results of the work or pay linked, more for the development of personal qualities or allow the enterprises to adapt to the increasing intense competitive environment or ultimately achieve the purpose of improving organizational performance. The other side, IT companies, as an emerging industry, has its own unique characteristics staff. Traditional methods of performance evaluation have been unable to meet its needs. They need a more comprehensive, objective and accurate assessment system supporting the growth and development of enterprises.
This essay explained the performance appraisal and 360-degree performance appraisal’s definition of the role and status. Then, analyze the HANG ZHOU Netcome’s existing performance appraisal, the problems that exist and to analyze the causes of their problems. Finally, according to the existing problems and the Netcome’s organizational goals rational design. In theory with the reality, try to find a more objective comprehensive and accurately method 360-degree performance appraisal.
