The present situation and question research of
high-tech enterprise's human resources management
Abstract: High-tech entrepreneur plays a crucial role in the process of up grading the industries and promoting the national competitiveness. It is the steam engine to achieve national, regional and department economy’s fast and sustainable development. Entrepreneurs have gain shorter producing circle, designing circle and applying circle through the advancement of technology, and a stronger ability of imitating through the advent of new products. But they can’t focus only on competition of technology for its limited space of existence unless the entrepreneur is the complete leader in this field. Since most entrepreneurs can’t be leaders in their fields, the real and lasting advantage is good human recourses. Elites is the key of creativity, which is the key of High-tech entrepreneur. Thus High-tech entrepreneur must pay great attention to the management of human recourse.
We, taking High-tech entrepreneurs as examples, analyze High-tech entrepreneur’s human recourse management from 6 aspects. The first part is concerning the human recourses planning and strategy; the second part is mainly about the psychological and behavioral features of staff in High-tech entrepreneurs. Still we have the employment and election, encouragement and flow of staff in those entrepreneurs and solutions to these problems respectively in Part Three, Pare Four and Pare Five. And finally, we credit the trend of development of human recourses. Then we will have a better understanding of techniques of exploring and managing human resources, as well as the operation of that issue.
