ABSTRACT
Science and technology is the first productive forces. In our country,the leaders of Party and state attaches great importance to the quality of teaching,and to cultivate innovative talents eager to send. The stete cuncil of the central committee of the cpc in the <Deeping Education Reform about The Comprehensive Promotion of Quality Education Decision>put forward,further emancipate the mind,change the idea ,and actively encourage and support social force with a varity of forms of running schools and satisfy the peoplr’s growing education needs,form the government running as the main body, public shools and private shools common development pattern.This is very important for education global important decisions.In this paper,the our country present stage private middle and primary school for preliminary exploration,the objective to understand the statusquo is private middle and primary schools,and through to the school income expenditure of the current politics analysis,and find out the deficiency.The main conclusions of this paper is:private school get the government subsidies less,not have abundant capital strengh;Adjust the revenue and expenditure for private primary and secondary schools have stimulative effect;Through introducing the education voucher system enlarges income and reduce expenditure, to make the development of school of run by the funds for power,get the better development.
