【Abstract】In recent years, along with China's administrative system reform of modern democratic socialism and the unceasing development, at the same time, in order to adapt to the development of market economy in China, the government began to carry out the governments at all levels of government agencies, and become an important measure of the reform. In practice, the government has achieved some results in the construction of limited government, by changing the traditional administrative values, the values of the establishment of limited government administration; adjusting the relationship between government and society, cultivating and developing social intermediary organizations and so on a series of positive and effective way, and in the construction of limited government have achieved some results. However, due to these current pathways is not good to limit the power of the government, so there are some shortcomings, which require us to seek more efficient ways to construct a limited government.
