In China, the concept of e-government gradually deep. From the 20th century to the beginning of the 1980s the building of E-government today has been made to the preliminary results. many local governments have established departments basically corresponding facilities. With these foundations, the building of E-government in China has begun to enter a very crucial period, from infrastructure to the full period of profound change
Especially the 16th Party Congress will strengthen the E-government as a basic national policy into the new five-year plan, E-government in promoting innovation in government management will play a revolutionary role. How much deeper understanding and awareness of E-government purpose, role, and how to carry out scientific and rational development of this work is to become government leaders.
