Abstract
The 21st century is the era of information, and the information service has become the dominant industry in the 21st century. The social economy is undergoing a massive change with the rapid development of the computer network and communication technology. And as an inevitable product of network economy, the electronic commerce develops greatly. China's e-commerce facing opportunities and challenges with the rapid development of global e-commerce. Compared with the developed countries in electronic commerce China still exist many problems. This article propounds some suggestions about the developing of electronic commerce by analyzing our country’s problems and the present situation of electronic commerce.
