The article outlines the current status of China's e-business applications, analysis of the constraints of our e-business applications in several major development: network infrastructure, supply and demand imbalances, economic life, the lack of awareness led to the credit of the consumer and enterprise applications for e-commerce the general lack of trust and how to adapt to national legal systems and protection of e-commerce of this new mode of production, and pointed out that financial and tax laws and regulations, information security, market access, information concepts, technical personnel and other aspects of the problem will be long-term factors that hinder the development of electronic commerce, e-commerce applications in China to go to the main enterprise, the Government-led path, the Government should as soon as possible on the taxes, electronic payment, electronic signature, authentication, online intellectual property law laws and regulations covering the establishment of the modernization of the country's logistics system, a sound and improve the financial regulatory system, especially business and consumer credit system construction of credit system, and vigorously promote the construction of enterprise information to create a development environment, comprehensive protection mechanisms to accelerate the training of personnel.
