Abstract
This paper mainly designed a new vehicle Magnetorheological fluid damper structure, which has functions of adjusting damper and measuring displacement itself, so that the structure has a higher integration and reliability. Through the summarizing and analysis of the structures and functions of present MRF (Magnetorheological fluid) dampers and the displacement sensors, select the appropriate displacement sensors. At the same time, proposed the new MRF plans, which has a displacement sensing functions. At last, design their structure and circuit of the displacement sensors. There are assembling drawing and the main parts drawing.
