Abstract
As we all know that the civilian vehicle growth,Particularly in the fast-growing private cars has brought great convenience to people ' s daily life,but also leads to a serious environmental problems arising from its exhaust and it becomes a hazard now. Scientific analysis discovers that vapour O2,H2,N2,CO2,CO,hydrocarbons,NOx,SO2,Particulate matter etc are all included in the automobile exhaust. Those ingredients harmful to human beings and impacting on the natural growth are called pollutants,such as CO2,CO,hydrocarbons, NOx, SO2, particulate matter. According to statistics,one car exhaust emission in a year is larger 3 times than the weight of its own.
There were some necessary links between Automobile exhaust components and engine failure. Through the exhaust composition and its content tested by vehicle exhaust gas analyzer, and make the standard value for comparison, so as to analyze and infer the vehicle performance is good or bad, determine the location of engine failure, further troubleshooting to restore their good performance, increase vehicle power, economy and reduce emissions. Through the real vehicle (Santana 2000GSI) failure to do simulation experiments can verify the theory, in order to make better use of exhaust gas analysis to diagnose faults.
