Abstract
In this paper, the elastic-plastic materials several new small crack growth rate and life expectancy calculations, including single-parameter method, the ratio of law and the product of law. Calculation of elastic-plastic material developed growth rate and life span of a computer program, the program known as long as the input material constants of an integrated, more mature through a variety of existing methods for calculating the life span of materials. Developed software based on C + + Builder 6.0 as a platform, using object-oriented design methods, with computing power, and flexible calculation method, fast and can not be completed to complete the calculation of artificial characteristics and good portability ; based on the MS SQL Server 2000 database on mechanical properties of conventional materials and the fatigue fracture properties of the database. Finally, through a mechanical car example, the calculation results show that the equation is consistent with the energy method. This convenient computer program to avoid excessive fatigue test, fatigue test to save time, manpower, capital and engineering applications to facilitate to some extent, will have practical significance.
