Abstract
In the industrial economy, plastic and plastic mold industry are of great economic significance, which have many advantages, such as small phenolic resin shrinkage, small deformation and relatively homogeneous performance characteristics. This paper introduces the compression modulus of the structure and classification for designated shelters of plastic parts, analysis of the structure of products, According to the characteristics of phenolic resin products and the characteristics of a design not overflow - compression modulus, completed the forming die size parts, and completed the selection and press mold structure design. Then use UG NX products for the 3-D modeling, and completed the three-dimensional modeling of mold and assembly. In this paper, the die is simple, reliable and sports exhaust good advantages, particularly applicable to the products of complex thin shapes. By utilizing modern 3D CAD design software, using its top-down function, use of analytical tools assembled, examined the possibility of the interference of mold to verify the design, fully displayed in a 3D mold design of a good application ability.
