Abstract
Booster plate of automatic assembly equipment design, in fact, is the design of a semi-automatic plate assembly equipment, when the manual will have completed assembly into the designated booster station, it's located by the pneumatic clamping piece positioning booster in the cylinder clamp at the same time ,the plate was also transported to the designated location to wait for the installation, and then by the vacuum suction plate will be placed in booster booster on the corresponding position, then flip the floating clamp designed riveted on the booster piston compression valve cover small cylinder, after the completion of flips floating clamp extrusion, the withdrawal of vacuum suction cups, remove the booster, riveted to complet.
The booster plate automatic assembly system has two main technical difficulties, one is the storage of the plate and distribution devices, and the other one is the extrusion device of the plate. Plate storage uses clip-type structure ,and they are installed on both sides of the base, silos uses replacement-type structure which is easy to install and load. Delivery uses the slider plate in the form of transportation, when the cylinder promotes the slider to the specified location, the plate is drawned by the vacuum suction and place on the booster.We use a piston to compress the small cylinder of the plate to fix the nameplate , make the small cylindrical deformate and to achieve the purpose of not making nameplates drops.
