摘 要
注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。随着工业的快速发展,塑料模具设计和制造也显得尤为重要。本设计进行了挂钩零件注塑模设计,利用PROE软件对零件进行产品的三维造型,并用PROE软件的模具模块功能结合产品的特性进行模具结构设计。确定了分型面、浇注系统,推出机构、冷却系统等,选择了注射机,计算了成型零部件的尺寸。同时还进行了产品结构的工艺分析。本设计中采用的是侧浇口,利用直导柱导向,推杆顶料,限位拉杆完成脱模。并根据挂钩零件注塑模具的要求对注射机的各参数进行了校核。最后用AutoCAD软件绘制了一套模具的装配图和零件图。

With the rapid development of industry, plastic mold design and manufacturing also appear particularly important. Also on the analysis of the technology of product structure. This design is adopted in the lateral runner, use straight guide pin orientation, putting hat, finish stripping tension limit. And according to the requirements of injection mould parts link for the parameters of the injection machine checks. Finally using AutoCAD software rendering a set of mold assembly and detail drawings.
