Abstract
This topic aims at the vibration collation design of the cushion block of chip in car oil cooler round tanks. Vibrating feeder is kind of automatic feeding of the automatic processing and assembling systems. The vibrating feeder will put spare parts from disorderly state to orderly state. Then the collecting device will collect the spare parts sending by the vibration feeder to collect rack accurate.
According to the size and shape of parts, This design firstly ensures the shape of the slide, and realizes the collection of parts in the simplest way. Due to the different direction of the mouths of vibration of parts, the design uses saddle trails to unify direction. And it designs the length of rake of slide according to the speed of the vibrating feeder mouth sending parts. It uses chute to make the parts changed from perpendicular direction to horizontal direction, making the parts send into collector in horizontal direction. Through the calculation of data of different links, this design makes out the size of each part, and draws the structure of the assembly and parts on AutoCAD. Eventually this paper achieves the design of vibrating feeder collection device.
