Abstract
In the modern printing industry, paper tension control is very important, and good tension control can ensure product quality, improve production efficiency. This design is specific to detection and control of rolling tension in the printing process of presses.
The design of the main design of online monitoring and control technology, the development of intelligent monitoring and control system of the tension in the application of printing paper. The main elements of the design is divided into three parts. The first part of monitoring and control system for the detection of this part, the paper describes the tension sensor detection through optical coupling isolation amplification, the detected tension signal conversion. The second part of the control measurement and control system parts, focuses on monitoring and control system and drive the implementation of the single-chip institutions. Part III is divided into PID control algorithm, first introduced the traditional algorithm, and to improve the traditional algorithm, the final design of the fuzzy PID control algorithm in the paper in the application of tension.
Design is based on high-performance single-chip micro-computer control unit for AduC824, combined with the necessary peripherals and magnetic brakes, collecting input from the tension sensor signal processing, with the given values, real-time adjustment of control signals, through Larger part of the implementing agencies to control and ultimately to control the purpose of the paper tension.
