ABSTRACT
Hydraulic motor, especially, low speed motor can directly drive the load. Hydraulic motor is power density, when power output in the same caset, its weight and size are only 5% to 20% of DC motor. The relative quality is much lighter, so the inertia is small. It has good stability when Start running , braking, Fast reverse operation and Low-speed stability . Also it can be easily implement stepless speed . These advantages make hydraulic pressure motor and hydraulic technology all over the world to rapidly promote application and popularization nearly 20 years.
Simulation technology for hydraulic system or components design phase, and the necessary means it has been widely known by industry. With the fluid mechanics, modern control theory, the theory of reliability, the algorithm of related disciplines, especially the development of computer technology by leaps and bounds, hydraulic simulation technology is increasingly becoming mature . And hydraulic system designing is becoming a powerful tool for the deisigners.
This paper investigates the role of cranes on the hydraulic motor, focusing on electro-hydraulic steering motor drive circuit simulation with 30 tons of objects in the 1m/s speed up as the load example. It contains the selection of hydraulic components, hydraulic circuit design, and FluidSIM software simulation, including the hydraulic fault finding and eliminating methods.
