Abstract
With the development of machines towards high speed and high preeision, the existing of clearance destroys the ideal mechanical model, brings error between the fact kinetics and ideal kineties.The dynamie effcets of flexibilities of members and joint clearances in the mcehanisms are a challenge to theoretical analysis when designing and manufacturing a spacecraft. This thesis to consider the research on the theory of multi-body system with joint clearances and the dynamics of deployable mechanism will provide the analysis method and theoretieal basis for the design of space mechanisms and predietion of their dynamic behavior study on these problems has profound theory and application value.
This paper first with clearance of the dynamics of the research background and current status was reviewed, indicating the inadequacy of analysis and simulation method has the advantage; we need a CAE software-ABAQUS, and introduce the characteristics of ABAQUS; further analysis is now widely used in heavy machinery on the Pairs, what is necessary to establish the Pairs of models -- translation joint, a comprehensive analysis of what brought the model space to the effect. According to the present in the situation, do we need to establish a mathematical model of translation joint, applications will be three-dimensional mathematical model of UG software into three-dimensional model. Finally, we will build three-dimensional model of a typical mobile vice ABAQUS software into the use of building simulation software ABAQUS simulation model, set the required data, draw the corresponding simulation data; Because as long as the study of this thesis, with clearance mobile Vice characteristics of the body, so we only simulation in the movement between the different gap values, deputy vice cases, you can obtain a corresponding static system to produce the maximum stress of the curve; in Pairs surface under different pressure, obtain a corresponding static system to produce the maximum stress of curve; in the movement between the Deputy Vice different friction cases, obtain a corresponding static system to produce the maximum stress curve of the three cases.
The paper on the simulation for the comparative analysis of graph, organize, summarize, draw with clearance of movement can not be ignored, and the different parameters with clearance joints between the maximum stress is different.
