Abstract
With the widely application of hydraulic lifting platform in a growing number of industries and a variety of occasions, the design of hydraulic lifting platform becomes more and more important. My graduation project is to adopt hydraulic transmission and scissors-type structure to make a safe, reliable, simple operated hydraulic lifting platform. Its lifting height goes to 4100mm.
This design mainly consists of the hydraulic system and scissors-type structure. According to the load capacity and movement of the platform, we determine the schematic diagram of hydraulic system and the size of each component of the hydraulic system, the place of the oil cylinder is optimized to improve the stability and so on. Based on practical situation and the purpose of this design, we make the design and calculate the unit of scissors-type structure including bars, bolts, platforms and fasteners, and finish the design of scissors-type structure.
Finally, we establish solid modeling and motion simulation with the Solidworks on the basis of the design calculation. Through the analysis of the model, we obtain some parameters of lifting platform and verifie the effectiveness of this design with the motion simulation.
