Performance test system of proportional solenoid
This paper introduces the development of the performance test system of proportional solenoid and analyzes its structure and the basic principle. Analysis of the basic structure of proportional solenoid and principle, established a ratio of proportional solenoid static mathematical models and dynamic model. Research related to computer software design magnet performance test simulation model established by the end LabVIEW simulation. According to the mathematical model of electromagnets LabVIEW application of the establishment of the static model and dynamic model, and simulation, to test the performance of magnet design provides a theoretical basis. According to the analysis of the impact of magnet in front of the static and dynamic characteristics of the design parameters of a special test system, LabVIEW with the electromagnet and the static and dynamic performance of the simulation to test its stability. It also to improve the sensor test bed structure,and design the drawings.
