Abstract
Magnesium alloys and Aaluminum alloys are widely used in aerospace industry, automobile manufacturing and other fields. As Magnesium alloy and Aluminum alloy of their great crossed values, connecting the Magnesium alloy and Aluminum alloy to composited structure is very necessary. Titanium and Titanium alloy with high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent machinability are widely used in aerospace, medical industry, and metallurgy industry. Titanium connecting with other materials into a composited structure is essential. In particular, Titanium-Steel composited structures have not only the advantages of both materials, but also can save Titanium resources. The combinations can give full use of both materials’ performance and also make economy.
This article will assume the problems when welding Mg-Al and Ti-Fe, and propose the related solutions to solve the problems, and help to offer consultations.
