Abstract
With the rapid development of medical technology level, the requirement towards the precision of various types of medical equipment becomes higher and higher. Bone-folder operating forceps. As a medical device, the level of its technology is directly related to the success of surgery ,and the patients' physical health relationship .So the study of technique of bone-folder operating forceps is essential. This paper describes the research and design of the bone-folder operating forceps. First of all, inspects and collects the available information according to the purpose and requirements. Paints surgical clamp shape structure chart diagrams by hand. Secondly, I use cad software to map out its various detailing parts.Then I check the strength calculation; fomulates processing technique according to CAD Diagram. I use UG software to draw three-dimensional map, assembly and motion simulation. This clip highlights of bone-folder operating forceps is the self-locking after pinching the diameter 3-10mm bones. For ensures no damage to bones, the two central axis, the tooth design and anti-slip groove pattern design.
