Abstract
In this paper, it mainly about the ABS system, ABS electromagnetic valve & ABS electromagnetic valve’s performance system. It analyzes the Functional requirements of the ABS system and ABS electromagnetic valve, and knows the working theory of the same type valve. It researched the set up of the ABS electromagnetic valve’s performance system and test the ABS electromagnetic valve’s performance system base on LabVIEW.
The ABS is a four-wheel system that prevents wheel lock-up by automatically modulating the brake pressure during an emergency stop. By preventing the wheels from locking, it enables the driver to maintain steering control and to stop in the shortest possible distance under most conditions. The main technical line of ABS electromagnetic valve is the main detailed design, testing, and to analyze the test sequent, in order to achieve the manufacturer specified functions, and organized into a written report.
In this design, it includes ABS system structure and knows its function, ABS electromagnetic valve and its theory. Also, there is the way to set up ABS electromagnetic valve’s performance system based on the LabVIEW.
