Abstract
Many discrete small household electrical appliances Manufacturing firm's management is using the traditional management pattern at present. The management is low efficiency, and weak confidentiality, after a long time it will produce a large number of documents and data, what is not easy to find.
The design system in this article develops of the basic functional modules of the general, which is satisfied with the user can be convenient for production management, information query, statistic for the business needs. And it was up to the actual situation in the discrete small manufacturing enterprise，achieved to the general purpose.
This paper introduced the research of advanced production management system and some theory of designing the system, the analysis about the needs of systems and implementation of the major functional modules. The design of the system showed each functional models of the system, the required database tables and table fields，the design of the manu etc. The realization of the system gives the form of the corresponding function control events and code, and the realization method of the menu.
