Abstract
This thesis has completed a problem about the PLC software designing of whetting edge. It is a motor control system, which designed by industry local requirement. It is mostly applied in liquid crystal monitor producing.At the same time this thesis will be the TFT-LCD manufacturing process to resolve the issues related to large-scale factory production guide
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Frequency Converter were used in p roducing. PLC is the digital electronic system, which specially applied in industry. On the basis of microprocessor, it integrates Computer technology, auto control technolo- gy. In addition, it is one of standard equipment in advanced industry country. Freque- ncy Converter Timing is a timing mode, which takes precedence of any other formerl- y timing mode. It is utmost benefit, best capability, broad application and best prom- ising motor timing technology.
The application of PLC and Frequency Converter in liquid crystal monitor prod- uction has been researched in this thesis. The information will be transmitted to PLC by sensor placed on different position. The PLC control the frequency converter to chan- ge frequency though these different information. And let the three-phase asynchrono- us motor output speed of different purposes. The precision glass processing will be achieved. Many problems were analyzed in application and characteristic of system, points out achievement in Frequency Converter technology, gives out meaning, basis, content of research and innovation.
