The thesis mainly introduces the design of Tibia intramedullary nailing mechanical aiming devices. It states that we can achieve the tibia intramedullary nailing by the aiming devices without the help of roentgenoscope x, which means that we can manage to lock pins or make holes from both short and long distance as well as to make sure the exact position of the hole with the aiming device.
What the thesis focuses is to study the different styles of the pins that used in the tibia intramedullary nailing which is now widely used in the clinic. And then design the devices according to shapes and sizes of the different pins. According to the requirement of the design and the main problem it wants to solve, the aiming devices will be designed in four parts: handle、guide bar, proximal stent, distal stent. During the process, the thesis will analyzes the function and requirement of the individual part and meanwhile tears the parts mentions above into many different small components to go on with their individual design. In addition, the size of each component will be designed more humanizing on the base of well meeting its function, for it can be more convenient for doing the operation.
The thesis may provide the CAD picture of all the components according to the script and the various data. And then put forward the 3 D model of each component with ug6.0 as well as the whole aiming device.
