Abstract
This paper introduced the LCM-4*8 pulse cleaning bag filter control system design process. The author access to the relevant literature and comparative analysis of the existing domestic and international pulse cleaning bag filter advantages based on a set of control system design and system design. The pulse cleaning bag filter control system for the control of siemens S7-200 core, Touchscreen for a man-machine interface, software design mixture for programming. The control system design has been completed, and the successful testing at the scene.
This paper is divided into five chapters. Introduction of the first chapter, on the pulse cleaning bag filter situation at home and abroad, clear the current contents of the graduate design engineering background.
The second chapter is the main pulse cleaning bag filter system functional requirements for a detailed analysis, and the system's overall program. Meanwhile, the system's mode of operation, that is, both manual and automatic, both also control the manner described in detail.

Debugging software design is a very important and crucial step, on the system design experience and the ability to deal with problems raising benefit. The thesis of this process encountered several major difficulties for the analysis, and introduction to the solution.
Finally the conclusion of this graduation design issues and the completion of major harvests summarized.
