随着计算机技术的迅速发展,现代工程师在设计工作中已经基本用计算机取代传统的手工设计,而且随着三维软件的出现,三维造型也开始被大量地运用于设计过程中。本课题为高压开关壳体三维造型设计及数控编程。通过对高压开关壳体图纸进行分析,了解高压开关壳体的工艺特点,包括材料、未注倒角等等,使用Unigraphics NX造型软件进行壳体的三维造型,三维造型中涉及到不规则曲面的创建,是本次设计的一个难点。对高压开关壳体进行数控加工工艺分析,根据工艺要求安排数控加工工序,在确定加工工序的过程中特别注意到图纸对精度的要求。确定工序的定位夹紧方案,在该过程中正确地选择定位基准。然后设计夹具,对夹具的要求有确保加工质量和一次性装夹完成加工。最后进行数控加工程序的编制,编程过程中要注意刀具在走刀和快进过程中避免与毛坯表面其他特征和夹具发生碰撞。

Abstract
With the speedy development of the computer technology, the modern engineers have basically replaced the traditional handicraft design with computers, and as the three-dimensional software occurred, the 3-D modeling has begun to be of great use to apply to the designing process. This thesis is about the three-dimensional modeling design of a switch shell and the numerical control programming. By the analysis of the drawings of the high-pressure switch shell, it aims to know the properties of the technology and the three-dimensional modeling shelled by Unigraphics NX. In this thesis, the high-pressure switch shell is analyzed by the numerical control processing craft. Then the numerical control processing operations are arranged by the technology requests. After that, the scheme of the locating is fixed, and comes the design of the fixture tools, at last, the programming of the numerical control program is finished.
