Abstract
Bearing rotor system is an important component, its role is supporting generators, compressors and other large Co2. Its performance directly affects the accuracy of the unit's work, life, reliability, and many other technical and economic indicators. Based on large-scale computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, the finite element method is bearing flow analysis methods. This method is easy to solve the complex regional issues, for the prior unknown free boundary or within the region to solve the interface of different media easier to deal with. And now, moving grid technology matures, this article using Fluent software to calculate and analyze large journal displacement, velocity disturbance on the bearing dynamic characteristics of flow field and the impact of basis.
This paper primarily on cylindrical bearings for finite element modeling, model by Gambit and the Division of a grid, with fluent on bearing FlowField simulation and analysis, research bearing results parameter variation on bearing characteristics; and research based on the dynamic grid technology change speed bearing orbit changes. Will people understand how the various parameters on the lubrication condition and dynamic characteristics of help, to lubricate the bearing design and selection provides reference, greatly shorten design cycles and saving design.
