In this paper, I design, calculate, check, analyse, and select the main part of the electric toothbrush in detail. On the basis of the survey of the development of the electric toothbrush industry in recent years both at home and abroad, I analyse the demands of the functional requirements of the electric toothbrush, then I understand the working principle of the existing electric toothbrush, basic structure, composition and functions of the system. And I also study the structure and function of the electric toothbrush, the selection of the it`s components and material selection. Mainly the paper focus on the transmission of the toothbrush.
Electric toothbrush is a simple mechanical-electrical integrated product. It is the integration of the utilization of the mechanical, microcontroller, materials, electrical and other related technologies. The battery provides the electricity by the battery so that the electrical body can work. And the vibration of the toothbrush is controlled by the velocity and the trajectory of the transmission structure .
The paper includes the design of the shape and driving part of the electric toothbrush .And it used material selection, control system design, motor selection, and sports simulation. In this paper introduce the design of electric toothbrush, the structure of the electric toothbrush, assembling method , part drawings, as well as the circuit diagramsof the control system in detail. I choose the the design of the electric toothbrush as my graduation project to get and sum up comprehensive and systematic knowledge,to practice with theory ,to improve my mechanical design capabilitie through practice, to gain the abilities of solving the actual problems .
